What is a true Jew?

Well, the word Jew= a praise. So, a true Jew is meant to be a soul that brings legitimate praise to our Creator.

Therefore, anyone who invests faith properly in our Creator and obediently follows Him, are true Jews.

It is important for us to remember that JESUS Christ regularly referred to Orthodox believers of Judaism as “the Jews”. I perceive that through this subtle association, he was establishing a distinction between the teachings of Orthodox Judaism and the true will of God which he was sent to the Earth to reveal. Remember what has been recorded through:

Romans 2:28-29

28 For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in the flesh; 29 but he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the Spirit, not in the letter; whose praise is not from men but from God.

Revelation 3:9

9 I will cause those of the synagogue of Satan, who say they are Jews and are not, but lie—to gather before you and worship at your feet, to know that I have loved you.

Therefore, I perceive that those whom JESUS Christ was referring to as “the Jews”, are also those who are being referred to through Romans 2:28-29 (who appear to be associated with Orthodox Judaism outwardly but inwardly are not actually aligned with the will of God). Also, through Revelation 3:9 (those who lie and are not true Jews but are a synagogue of Satan), being applied to those same ones who Christ referred to as “the Jews”, but also those among us especially in this current age, who are claiming to be ethnically Hebrew and or Israelites but are not. Such as the delusional, often abusive and violent antisemitic cult which refers to themselves as the “Hebrew Israelites”.

Therefore, I know the deception and confusion that has blinded the majority of the minds of mankind, which leads us to believe that “Jewish” is synonymous with being ethnically Hebrew or ethnically related to one of the 12 tribes of Israel. Nonetheless, from the perspective of our Creator, as revealed through JESUS Christ and (Saul/Paul), to be Hebrew and or Israeli, does not establish being Jewish, neither does attempting to obey the fullness of the original Law given through Moses. What establishes being Jewish is our proper investment of faith in our Creator and to follow Him obediently. That is why JESUS Christ himself says:

Matthew 12:48-50 & Luke 8:21

My mother, my brother, and my sister are those who (hear my words and do them/do the will of God).

Luke 13:28-29 28

There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when you see Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, and (yourselves thrust out). 29 They will arrive from the east and the west, from the north and the south, and sit down in the kingdom of God.

Where there was once a gray area, murkiness and confusion as to how this is achieved, primarily based on works which could never achieve saving our soul, this no longer is an issue, because the will of our blessed Creator was manifested perfectly when he was sent to the Earth to straighten the crooked path and take away all excuse for our sin. As he himself declared:

John 15:22-24

22 If I had not arrived and spoken to them, they would have no sin, but now they have no excuse for their sin. 23 He who hates Me hates My Father also. 24 If I had not accomplished among them the works which no one else did, they would have no sin; but now they have seen and also hated both Me and My Father.

Before JESUS Christ began to preach the kingdom of Heaven while physically residing on this Earth, the full requirements of the Law given through Moses were necessary.

However, look at what JESUS Christ himself says here:

Matthew 11:13

13 For, all the prophets and the law prophesied (until John).

Luke 16:16

16 “The law and the prophets were (until John). Since then, the kingdom of God has been preached), and everyone is pressing into it.

This is JESUS Christ revealing to us that he is the fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets!

It is important for us to recognize that JESUS Christ is establishing a (designation/difference) between:

The law and the prophets & the message of the kingdom of God.

The message of the kingdom of God being what he was sent to the Earth to deliver to all of mankind, beginning with Israel.

The Covenant between God and Israel has not been completely nullified, rather the Covenant has been updated so extensively that it is able to be referred to as a new (Covenant/Testament). As we see revealed through JESUS Christ himself:

Luke 22:20

20 Likewise, He also took the cup after supper, saying, “This cup is the new (covenant/testament) in My blood, which is shed for you.

Also:

In tandem with JESUS Christ gathering our focus to his own (death/sacrifice/blood shed) on our behalf, as being the seal of the “updated” (covenant/testament), he also gathers our focus toward remembering his sacrifice on our behalf during the Passover celebration, either with equal regard with what happened on the day when the Exodus of Israel was led by Moses, or with a higher regard, so as to replace the reason for Israel celebrating the Passover moving forward. As we see him declare to those 12 (Hebrew/Israelite) men, who were all practitioners of Orthodox Judaism:

Luke 22:14-19

14 When the hour had arrived, He sat down, and the twelve apostles with Him. 15 Then He said to them, “With fervent desire I have desired to (eat this Passover) with you before I suffer.16 For, I say to you, I will no longer eat of it until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God.” 17 Then He took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, “Take this and divide it among yourselves. 18 for, I say to you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of God arrives.” 19 Then He took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is My body which is given for you; (do this in remembrance of Me.”)

What were they “doing in remembrance of JESUS Christ?”

They were celebrating Passover. Therefore, he is telling them to celebrate the Passover from now on in memory of him solely, or alongside the original reason they were taught to celebrate Passover, which was the Exodus from Egypt.

Furthermore, behold what is written through:

Acts 11:26

26 And when he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. So, it was for a whole year they assembled with the church and taught a great many people, and it was in Antioch where the disciples were first referred to as (Christian/Messianic).

I could be wrong, but I am quite certain the majority of those who were being converted into disciples of JESUS Christ at Antioch, were (Hebrew/Israelites/ and or practitioners of Orthodox Judaism). Therefore, if the intention of our Creator was for the genuine follower of JESUS Christ to be known as a (Messianic practitioner of Orthodox Judaism), after we have received JESUS Christ as the (Christ/Messiah), why was the solitary title of (Christian/Messianic) being identified with those disciples of JESUS Christ at Antioch?

Could it be that in the same way that (grace through faith has always been the will of God in place of works), that our identity interwoven with (JESUS Christ/YHSYH Moshiach), is all that is required as proper identification here on Earth to reveal who and Who’s we are, and grant us access into the eternal kingdom of our blessed Creator?

Remember what JESUS Christ says:

Matthew 18:3

3 and said, “Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are (converted) and believe as little children, (you will not enter the kingdom of heaven.)
